- About the team:
- The Upstream Facility Services Safety team is dedicated to protecting over 7,000 field technicians by developing and implementing effective safety programs that prevent accidents and enhance service quality.
This team leads safety training, audits, and accident prevention initiatives while fostering a strong safety culture. They collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety standards and continuously improve processes. With expertise in leadership and OSHA certification, the team drives actionable strategies that promote a secure work environment and support the company's commitment to operational excellence and the well-being of its workforce.
- What you'll do:
- + Plan and lead safety meetings, accident reviews, and safety recognition events to promote a strong safety culture.
+ Develop and deliver clear presentations and strategies to align stakeholders and management on safety objectives. + Monitor and report on carrier compliance and emerging safety trends to leadership. + Build and maintain relationships with external transportation leaders and carriers to enhance safety and capacity. + Oversee carrier qualification processes and ensure adherence to company safety standards. + Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous safety enhancements. + Provide coaching and development to associates, fostering accountability and high performance.

- + Proven experience in safety training, safety audits, and accident prevention within complex operational environments.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and motivate teams to achieve safety goals. + OSHA certification or equivalent safety qualification demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance. + Proficiency in conducting accident analysis and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks. + Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders and drive consensus. + Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal business units. + Strong analytical skills to monitor safety performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
