Manager Unclassified Enterprise Compute & Storage 3

Define and execute the enterprise compute infrastructure strategy including, server, virtualization, storage, and virtual desktop services. Develop and maintain the multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business and mission requirements. Lead modernization initiatives including automation, infrastructure as code, AI- enabled operations, and self-healing infrastructure. Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption where they create measurable business value. Lead and develop multiple teams including engineering, operations, automation, and performance intelligence functions Build a culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous learning Partner closely with cybersecurity, network, application, and cloud teams to deliver integrated platform services Must have at minimum, a Bachelors Degree with of 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or platform engineering OR a Masters Degree with 10 years of relevant experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years leading large infrastructure, application, or platform engineering organizations Demonstrated success leading large-scale modernization or transformation initiatives Strong experience managing mission critical environments requiring high reliability and security Experience operating within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments Experience engaging and driving change with infrastructure consumers Must have the following
