Overview:

Hoel Property Clean Up is looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to help with property clean-ups and yard maintenance in the Coloma, Garden Valley, and Cool areas. This is outdoor, hands-on work focused on improving and maintaining residential properties. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, wants flexible hours, and is looking to grow with a local business.

Responsibilities:

Yard clean-ups (leaves, weeds, brush, and general debris) Weedeating Pressure washing Window washing Basic landscaping and property maintenance Keeping job sites clean and organized Following directions and working efficiently

Requirements:

Must be dependable and show up on time Able to perform physical outdoor work (lifting, bending, working in heat/cold) Good attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation to job sites Experience is a plus, but not required
