Full Job Description Pay:

$17.00•$21.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Manual Press Operation:

Expertly operate manual carousel presses to produce high-quality, hand-printed apparel.

Setup & Registration:

Perform precise multi-color setups, ensuring perfect alignment and registration across various garment types.

Print Consistency:

Maintain consistent squeegee pressure, angle, and stroke speed to ensure uniform ink deposits throughout a production run.

Technical Calibration:

Select appropriate mesh counts, ink types and curing temperatures for different fabrics.

Quality Control:

Conduct "first-off" inspections and monitor every print for clarity, opacity, and cure.

Efficiency:

Manage workflow to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organized station.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

2+ years of dedicated experience on a manual screen printing press.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive manual printing motions with precision.

Technical Skill:

Deep understanding of screen tension, off-contact, and ink viscosity.

Detail-Oriented:

A "get it right the first time" attitude with an eye for minor defects.

Reliability:
