Manufacturing Associate

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient member to join our team. The ideal candidate will work as a team to complete customer orders and Company goals with accuracy, timeliness and exceptional quality. This position requires a proactive individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Job duties include machine operation and product assembly. Attention to detail is critical in this role and candidate would take part in order picking, shipping, receiving and stocking of inventory. Basic knowledge of hand tools / CNC operation / Assembly / Warehouse order picking and forklift operation are preferred but not required. Employee will be responsible for operating machinery such as drill presses, sanders, sandblasters, powder coating equipment, CNC tables and high output hot melt applicators in order to complete customer orders. Duties Perform order picking and packing to prepare items for shipment accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records. Fabricate and build required materials as needed for order fulfillment. Assemble and kit components according to build plans Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Dependable and Reliable. Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to problem areas. Mechanical knowledge and ability to follow strict SOPs. Forklift experience. Familiarity with inventory control processes and procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items between 30-50 lbs., standing for long periods, and walking throughout the warehouse. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
