Associate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field 5+ years of CNC machining, CNC programming, or manufacturing engineering experience Strong experience with Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar CAM software Advanced GD&T knowledge per
ASME Y14.5
Experience with CMMs, precision measurement systems, and inspection methodologies Proven experience with fixture design, tooling development, and process qualification Strong project management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement skills
Preferred:
Medical device manufacturing experience (ISO 13485/FDA) Injection molding tooling and mold maintenance experience Experience with process validation, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and precision bar stock machining Key responsibilities include evaluating and implementing CNC machining technologies, developing validated machining processes, supporting
IQ/OQ/PQ
activities, and establishing inspection and metrology systems for precision medical components. The Manufacturing Engineer will also support CNC programming, fixture and tooling design, GD&T application, process improvement, supplier technical oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives.
