Full-Time Lewisport, KY 423510480, USA Job Details Description Commonwealth Rolled Products is a leading manufacturer of Aluminum rolled products for the Automotive, Commercial, and Industrial markets. The Company operates its production facility in Lewisport, KY with the support of an Automotive Innovation Center for R D, Sales and Field Service in Madison Heights (DET), and Inside Sales in the Cleveland, OH area. Our Information Technology department seeks to add a talented Legacy Systems Analyst to our IT team. The position will be in Lewisport, KY, at our critical manufacturing facility and liaison between IT and business teams. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MES Systems, familiar with Object Oriented Programing, SQL Queries, application development and lifecycle, and excellent business and communication skills. Prior experience with process industries and implementation experience is highly desirable.Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business owners and subject matter experts to regularly review customer satisfaction, project priorities, service needs, process improvements, etc. Work with key business owners to streamline, document, and improve existing and new processes by translating their needs into solutions. Collaborate with cross functional team to provide solutions and resolve issues. Document and communicate functional requirement specifications for system enhancements and report/data needs to the IT development team. Provide second/third level functional/technical support on escalated issues above the first-level help desk. Provide documentation and training to end-user groups on existing functionality and newly developed enhancements. Provide project management and QA services for all assigned projects and enhancements. Maintain awareness about the need for new/upgraded application software, research and evaluate new/improved application software, and assist in the software/functionality selection process.Required Qualifications:
2-year degree, Information Systems or Manufacturing degree/background preferred or 5+ years total experience 5+ years of experience using and analyzing MES applications. Fundamental knowledge of C, C#, SQL Query, networking, IT Infrastructure concepts, and ISA 95 framework & layers Knowledge of the following software: Hydra MES solutions, Oracle SQL Developer, and Microsoft Visual Studios Project Management skills and experience.
