Job Description:

Job Duties

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Perform job functions in an accurate and efficient manner, such as: Machine operations including: machine set up, packing, palletizing, bundling, stacking, sorting, etc.
• Assist operators in efficient operation of the machine centers
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to customer standards
• Understand production work orders, load tags, time sheets and all other relevant documents, and palletizing instructions
• Understand computer system and input of data
• Perform quality checks on finished corrugated products and identify defects
• Maintain production efficiencies and standards
• Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment and surrounding work area
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors Essential to this Position Manufacturing General Labor pay starts at $21.

68 and increases to $22.68 after 60 days.

Opportunities:

Able to sign for posted jobs after 60 days, which will provide higher wages than general labor.

Shifts:

The role begins on 1st shift for the first week (training), but candidates must be open to working 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift thereafter. Flexibility between shifts is required to meet business needs.

Shift Times:

1st: 7:00 am to 3:00pm, 2nd: 3:00pm to 11:00pm, 3rd: 11:00pm to 7:00am You must be comfortable working mandatory overtime, including weekends, as needed. Education High School Diploma or equivalent - preferred Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
