This role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Role & Mission:

Carry out corrective, planned and unplanned maintenance to have the machines and equipment running optimally in the plant.

Responsibilities:

Take care of your own safety and that of your peers through compliance with safety standards. Perform repairs to equipment quickly and efficiently. Generator of effective solutions. Minimize line stoppages by equipment and downed machines. Track problems• and correct equipment and machine failures. Participate in continuous improvement programs. Implementation and operation of 5s in the areas where they work with the repair of the machines. Report maintenance times performed. Comply with company rules and policies. Communicate effectively with your supervisor to review the expectations of your daily work. Comply with the preventive maintenance program. Filling and proper handling of work orders.

Education Requirements:

Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or technical career. Eligible candidates may receive 100% tuition coverage through Albea.

Experience:

Minimum voucher of 2 years as a maintenance technician.

Skills:

Mechanical systems experience, including hydraulics and pneumatics. Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work orders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Compensation & Benefits:

$29.83 - $42.07 per hour Quarterly Performance Plus Bonus eligibility with up to a 4% payout based on company performance. 5% Night Shift Differential for employees working night shift. Paid Time Off:
