Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor:
Lead the Charge in Operational Excellence Are you a technical powerhouse with a knack for leadership? We re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to take the helm of our facility s physical integrity. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you won't just be fixing machines-you ll be coordinating workflows, mentoring a skilled team, and serving as the backbone of our production success. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where your expertise in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems directly translates to a safer, faster, and more efficient manufacturing environment.
salary:
$79,040 - $83,199.99 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 3:30
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Systems Oversight:
Expert-level troubleshooting and management of 3-phase electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Technical Leadership:
Directing complex repairs and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure high-output production.
Automation Mastery:
Prior experience with PLC diagnostics and programming is highly preferred to manage modern manufacturing assets.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensuring all maintenance activities meet rigorous safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Minimum:
High School Diploma or Trade School certification.
Preferred:
Associate s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Leadership:
Proven ability to supervise technical staff and manage vendor relationships effectively The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeworking up to 2 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekendsSkillsMaintenance (5 years of experience is preferred)Supervising (5 years of experience is preferred)ManufacturingElectricalGeneral MaintenanceHydraulicsPneumaticsPLCVFDProgrammingPreventative MaintenanceTechnical Leadership (5 years of experience is preferred)QualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
