Manufacturing Manager

The Manufacturing Manager plans, coordinates, and controls production of the floor. This position ensures the efficient production of products that meet quality standards, stay within budget, and meet production timing for shipping needs.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and direct production to meet or exceed goals Provide methods and ensure shift to shift communication Manage daily reporting of runtime, downtime, and scrap levels Coordinate with the Materials Manager to establish work schedules and ensure completion Establish staffing rotation with Shift Supervisors based on daily priorities Coordinate required job set up with Shift Supervisors Coordinate with the Maintenance team on equipment availability and repairs Coordinate with Tool Processing Manager for tooling PM schedule and tooling needs Assist management of inventory control Assist with enforcing company policies and procedures Design, develop, and implement processes to improve efficiencies Establish key performance indicators through evaluation of raw data, identify potential areas of improvement
