Manufacturing Operator

Job Overview CTS Industries is a manufacturer of anilox rollers for the printing industry. We are currently hiring multi-tasking production workers in a manufacturing facility for manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes. We will train for the open position(s).

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machines Prepping & installing cylinders for honing machine Operating computer controls on the honing machine Using micrometers and other measuring tools to check diameter of cylinders Evaluating finish for final inspection Prep cylinders for next department Charting and tracking logs, orders, and production sheets Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Experience:

Ability to use tools such as micrometer Experience working in a warehouse environment is beneficial

Production Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Requirements for the position - Must have a valid Driver's license, Mechanical aptitude, Willingness to work, Trouble shooting skills, Positive attitude
