What You Will Be Doing This position is within the Replenishment Center Operation's (RCO) team supporting AMMM, F-22, F-35, F-16, ADP and sustainment programs with the following responsibilities:

• Supervises represented personnel, supporting a two
• shift operation
• Oversees and monitors key performance indicators related to Inventory and Production Control shop floor activities for parts movement and requirement planning
• Monitors material requirements to mitigate negative impacts on production
• Oversees inventory control and compliance
• Oversees all receiving activity and compliance
• Oversees all kitting activity and compliance
• Supports warehouse quality control and compliance
• Controls the flow of materials through the RCO processes to the shop floor or to support external needs
• Monitors schedule execution to program plan
• Ensures material requirements are satisfied to mitigate parts constraints and other negative impacts to production

• Leadership experience
• Great oral and written communication
