Manufacturing Process Technician

Job Description:

Set up and start plastic injection molding machine per Hewitt Molding standards Use scientific molding principles to trouble shoot and diagnose challenges Set up existing internal programs on injection molding machine and 5 axis beam traverse robot Assist in new programming of injection molding prototypes and samples

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail Understand and excel in basic math Accuracy in data entry Familiarity with excel Good communication skills Able to work independently and stay on task Excellent organizational skills to manage multi task and meet deadlines Must be RJG and/or

Scientific Molding Certified Recommended:

2-3 years related experience in injection molding Comfortable with forms of measurement and converting measurement from metric to SAE Troubleshooting injection molding machines Troubleshooting 5 axis beam traverse robots

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
