Manufacturing Process Technician

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician for an Onsite position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in West Greenwich, RI. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves working a 12-hour rotating shift (6:30 am to 7:00 pm) in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and feeding components, performing sanitation activities, and documenting processes to ensure quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) Reporting any discrepancies to the Team Leader or Production Supervisor to ensure quality standards and safety Ensuring quality and compliance through a Right First-Time mentality Receiving and preparing components for use in manufacturing Feeding components into equipment and performing sanitation activities Documenting appropriate paperwork, understanding Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)/performance metrics, and participating in daily performance meetings Using pallet jacks and manually wrapping pallets Using computer systems to support material inventory and electronic batch records Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive improvement opportunities Ensuring components and products are available for continuous operation

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED and 1 year of work or military experience OR an Associate's degree Willingness to learn and dependability Hands-on experience Pay range: up to $22.19 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
