Job Description Summary Unison, a GE Aerospace company, is the leading provider of differentiated engine controls, accessories, and performance monitoring solutions in the Aerospace, Defense & Space segments. Serving both original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket customers, Unison designs, manufactures and supplies the most advanced components and systems in the world. Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve a result. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area. Resolve issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding. Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience planning and scheduling material/production needs) + Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and scheduling material/production needs. Desired Characteristics & Experience Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Strong knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Excel Knowledge and use of Oracle Systems Ability and willingness to work extended hours / "casual OT" both at home or within the Plant. The base pay range for this position is $69,000 to 86,000 per year. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on May 20th, 2026.
