Responsibilities of the position includes but are not limited to: direct supervision of departmental Group Leaders, maintaining organized work areas in compliance with all plant safety guidelines, participating and encouraging process improvement efforts throughout the company and promoting open, respectful communication among all Showplace employees.
Essential Functions:
Other duties may be assigned, requested, or directed. Help department Managers, Supervisors and Group Leaders meet production goals. Balances quality, productivity, waste, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Ensure training programs exist that encourage the development and growth of employees. Be actively involved in establishing processes that measure and monitor quality. Complete performance reviews and employee PTO scheduling as required. Process timecard edits. Maintain staffing levels, conduct internal job interviews, and lead selection processes. Communicate company policies and procedures to employees. An understanding of OSHA regulations or knowledge of procedures for handling and disposal of hazardous wastes and materials are required in certain departments. Performs accident investigations.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor's or Technical Degree preferredLeadership:

Strong team player.Working Hours Monday-Thursday:
7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Friday:
7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., additional hours as needed based on production demands.
