This position is responsible for supporting team-building practices, communicating product quality standards to employees, maintaining a positive attitude, and adapting to changes as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an advanced-level leadership position. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities, and qualifications: Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred Ability to learn and understand company products, processes, and terminology Strong ability to provide constructive feedback and effectively communicate with employees, other departments, and various levels of management Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to quality, workplace safety, and achieving production goals Ability to support, train, and motivate team members while maintaining productivity and efficiency Essential Functions Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned, requested, or directed. Working Hours Monday-Thursday:

7:00 AM - 5:00

PM Friday:

7:00 AM until production is complete (no later than 5:00 PM)

Occasional Saturdays:

Rare, as needed
