Wieland is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor . The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership to the production workforce in the Forgeworks manufacturing operation to meet production goals, operating efficiency and quality standards. Ensuring that the processes defined by the Forgeworks team are executed on the manufacturing floor. Providing feedback to the Forgeworks team on improvements to those processes. The scope includes activity from the receipt of raw material to the manufacturing process through shipping of finished goods. This role is located in Montpelier, OH and will be fully on-site. C Shift

• Weekend:

  Thursday
• Sunday (Week 1) & Friday
• Sunday (Week 2), 6:00 AM-6:00

PM Responsibilities Manufacturing Supervisor Responsibilities:

Provide for the safety of all Forgeworks associates by creating a safe work environment and a proactive safety culture Meet Forgeworks customers' demand by deploying the available labor to greatest effect Meet or exceed the quality expectations of the customer as defined by the Engineering and Quality organizations Meet or exceed Forgeworks financial targets by implementing programs to achieve manufacturing key performance indicators goals Develop a highly effective production workforce by implementing training programs Other duties as assigned

Manufacturing Supervisor Qualifications:

A demonstrated safety mindset and track record 5-10 years manufacturing experience 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated track record of leading a production workforce in meeting production, operating efficiency and quality goals Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Experience using ERP, warehouse management and HR software; familiar with MS Office applications such as Word and Excel High School graduate, college-level coursework is desirable Qualifications Joining Wieland's team gives you… Benefits
