• Understanding part number conventions and completing quality records and forms accurately.
• Learning to operate the Ultrasonic Cleaning Line, Incoming Inspection Printing Line, and manual and auto cut-off machines.
• Identifying and informing the Production Manager of any process and operation problems to ensure smooth operations.
• Following all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Performing various other duties as assigned, including housekeeping tasks. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and possess one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Can read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Are capable of completing in-process inspection forms and performing basic math functions using standard formulas.
• Can apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
