$23.00/ hour +7% shift differntialSummary :
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for operating processing equipment, performing production operations, maintaining cleanliness and compliance, and supporting manufacturing activities in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities Operate Processing Equipment, including: Filter integrity testing Watson Marlow pumps Omnispense pumps Autoclaves High Throughput Bag LinePerform Production Operations:
Prepare and set up fill equipment for hand filling Aseptic gowning and qualification Operate in a Class 100 cleanroom Fill bottles and bags accurately Disinfect and maintain cleanroom conditions Transport products to the warehouse using a motorized pallet jack Ensure proper waste disposal and documentation complianceSupport Manufacturing Operations & Compliance:
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of processes, products, and equipment status Identify and communicate deviations to the supervisor Execute batch records in SAP (eBR) Ensure completion of all required logbooks Follow all production procedures and safety policies Handle chemicals safely and wear appropriate PPE Participate in safety and quality training sessionsAdditional Responsibilities:
Conduct in-process assays (when trained) Set up, dispense, and package technically challenging products Maintain good housekeeping in the laboratory and production areas. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Some college/Associates would be preferred Aseptic Technique experience Osmometer or pipetting experience preferred SAP experience Ability to pass a physical examination Capability to wear PPE and work with chemicals or substances Preferred Knowledge of chemistry, mathematics, and science Experience with safe chemical handling Strong communication (oral & written), computer, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Sirius Staffing Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
