Manufacturing Technician - Precision Fabrication & Assembly Job Description We are seeking detail‑oriented Manufacturing Technicians to support our precision fabrication and assembly operations. This position supports multiple departments including imaging, etching, fabrication, press setup, inspection, plating, and soldering. Technicians will operate specialized manufacturing equipment, perform hands‑on production tasks, and ensure high‑quality standards in a fast‑paced, clean manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in advanced manufacturing, electronics, or precision production, with opportunities for cross‑training and long‑term growth. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment across various production processes Perform precision tasks including imaging, etching, fabrication, soldering, plating, inspection, and press setup (based on training and assignment) Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and process documentation Conduct visual and/or video inspection to ensure product quality Handle materials, chemicals, and components safely and accurately Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas Follow all safety, quality, and production standards Support team goals by assisting in multiple production areas as needed Essential Skills Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow written instructions and procedures Comfortable working with machinery and precision tools Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic mechanical or manufacturing aptitude Additional Skills & Qualifications Manufacturing, electronics, or production experience preferred (not required) Soldering, inspection, chemical processing, or equipment setup experience a plus Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment (if applicable) Willingness to cross‑train across departments Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.60 - $19.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
