BW Blacksmith Grill House is looking for friendly, dependable bartenders and baristas to join our team. We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers, can stay organized during busy shifts, and are willing to help the team wherever needed.

Responsibilities may include:

Preparing coffee, espresso drinks, beer, wine and cocktails Taking food and drink orders accurately Providing friendly and attentive customer service Handling payments and following cash-handling procedures Keeping the bar and coffee areas clean, stocked and organized Completing opening, closing and side-work duties Working closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams Checking identification and following alcohol-service laws when bartending What we're looking for: Reliable and able to arrive on time Available for opening or closing shifts Comfortable working weekends and busy events Strong customer-service and communication skills Able to multitask and work well as part of a team Previous bartending or barista experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person What we offer: Full-time and part-time opportunities Competitive pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Opportunities to grow within

$11.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
