Help Wanted:

Part-Time Powder Coat Shop Assistant We're looking for a reliable, hands-on individual with a few years of experience in powder coating to help set up and support daily operations in a growing shop.

Position:

Part-Time Powder Coat Technician /

Shop Assistant Hours:

Flexible, part-time (with potential for more as we grow)

Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up powder coating equipment and workflow Prep parts (cleaning, masking, sandblasting, etc.) Apply powder coating and assist with curing processes Help organize shop layout for efficiency and safety Maintain equipment and keep work area clean Support general shop tasks as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of powder coating or related finishing experience Familiarity with spray guns, ovens, and prep processes Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and take initiative Reliable and punctual Preferred (but not required): Experience setting up or scaling a shop Mechanical aptitude or fabrication experience
