Countertop Installation Associate

Responsibilities The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction/remodeling and some countertop installation would be preferred but not necessary. Qualified candidate will have the ability to read blueprints and work with various power tools, being responsible for material handling, setting items in place, seeming and caulking seems. The Installer will be responsible for the installation of countertops, Installing sinks, carpentry work, and ensuring that all installations meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to restoring spaces to their intended functionality. Read and interpret technical drawings to determine installation requirements. Perform fixture installations, including countertops, sinks and possibly cabinetry, shelving, and other structural components. Execute frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision in measurements and cuts. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation projects. Restore areas as needed during the installation process, ensuring a clean and professional finish. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times Qualifications Experience with frame carpentry and fixture installation is preferred but not necessary VALID Drivers License. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary for success in this role.
