We are a well-established custom cabinet shop looking for an experienced cabinet installer to join our field team. This role focuses on the precise installation of custom cabinetry, built-ins, and millwork in a residential setting (new homes and active remodels). Ideal candidates take pride in their craftsmanship and exhibit high attention to detail.

Job Duties:

Work at job sites (client homes) and our production shop Installing completed cabinets and millwork on site per drawings Load trucks for cabinet delivery Ensure cabinets are installed level, plumb, square and secure Adjust doors, drawers and hardware Install fillers, toe kicks and moldings Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean jobsite Collaborate with shop, assembly, finish What we are looking for: Minimum 2-3 years of cabinet installation experience, preferably in a residential setting Experience with installing custom (not stock) cabinetry Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, elevations and plans Proficient with common installation tools (level, drills, drivers, etc) Ability to lift and maneuver heavy cabinets safely (often with a helper) Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve on site Commitment to protecting finished materials and delivering a polished final product We will consider applications for full-time employment, part-time employment, and independent contractors. Pay based on experience. Benefits package only available for full-time employment. Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.

Base Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
