Job Description

Position Summary:
The Custom Frameless Builder is responsible for building high-quality frameless cabinets and custom millwork according to shop drawings and specifications. This position requires strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet project schedules and maintain production quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Read, interpret, and work from detailed shop drawings and blueprints. Construct and assemble custom frameless cabinets and millwork components. Operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer specifications. Install and adjust cabinetry hardware accurately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status or issues. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in all facets of custom cabinetry and millwork. Ability to read and understand shop prints and technical drawings. Proficiency with woodworking tools, equipment, and machinery. Strong understanding of common cabinetry hardware and installation methods. Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed. Excellent time management and communication skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-driven. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand, bend, and work on feet for extended periods.
Pay:
$25.53 - $30.74 per hour
