We're looking for someone with a serious passion for high-quality work and a commitment to precision that sets them apart. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to use your expertise to install our custom-fabricated products and deliver exceptional finishes on commercial projects. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in custom cabinetry and millwork who can confidently work from shop drawings, create precise cut lists, and assemble projects with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications Proven Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in millwork or finish carpentry.
Proficiency:
A strong background in finish carpentry with proficiency in using a wide variety of hand and power tools common to the trade.
Problem-Solver:
Excellent problem-solving skills and a sharp attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site.
Physical Strength:
Able to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 80 lbs.
Great Attitude:
A positive attitude and strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Reliability:
