In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets all styles including shaker, frameless European flat panel for kitchens, bathrooms, office, laundry, wet bar and more. This requires expertise due to years of experience with precision and attention to detail. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal while adhering to safety standards. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled carpenters and construction professionals eager to showcase their talents working for a progressive residentail remodeling team. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately install cabinetry and fixtures according to specifications. Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment of cabinets, countertops, and related materials. Utilize hand tools, power tools, ladders and safely to perform installations efficiently across various site conditions. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control during installation processes; follow blueprint specifications meticulously. Apply caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high customer service standards. Experience Proven experience in cabinet installation or related construction roles involving building material installation, remodeling, or carpentry work. Familiarity with construction management principles including planning schedules, and overseeing site safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately. Hands-on experience with a variety of tools such as hand tools, power tools, tile cutters, caulk guns, and measuring devices like tape measures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
