Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a full time skilled and versatile individual to join our installation and fabrication team. This role involves working on projects that require a strong foundation in glazier-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with measuring, designing and various installation techniques. This position offers an opportunity to work on simple projects as well as challenging projects in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication skills. Wages will be dependent on actual ability and skill level. Duties Perform installation of showers, mirrors, windows and doors commercial or residential. Conduct caulking and finishing work to ensure high-quality results. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, assembling, and installing materials. Engage in fabrication tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials on-site or in the shop. Handle heavy lifting safely during material transport and installation processes. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes. Contribute to construction estimating by providing accurate measurements and material requirements when needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project phase. Skills Proficiency with glass fabrication tools, saws, drills, grinders, caulking and Lazer levels Extensive knowledge of glass fabrication and installation techniques. Experience working with stringent techniques on each project. Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with projects. Able to trouble shoot on the fly to solve issues during installation process. This position requires a dedicated professional with hands-on experience across multiple facets of glazing residential and commercial glass in remodeling projects. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical skills combined with safety awareness to contribute effectively to our team's success.
