Custom Cabinet Builder Location:

Brentwood, California Precision Cabinets , a leading custom cabinet manufacturer, is seeking a Custom Cabinet Builder to join our team. This role is responsible for crafting high‑quality custom cabinetry with a strong emphasis on accuracy, craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. We're looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and committed to producing exceptional work. Key Objectives Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics and drawings Create accurate cut lists using woodworking knowledge and precision measuring techniques Cut, assemble and finish components to produce high-quality custom cabinetry Crosstrain and provide support to other departments, as needed Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols Qualifications Minimum 5 years of cabinet assembly experience Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings Skilled in precision measurement and the operation of hand tools, power tools and fabrication machinery. Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and team-lift/carry 100+ pounds Communicate clearly in English to perform job‑related tasks, including following safety instructions, reading work orders, documenting work, and collaborating with team members. Highly dependable, with the ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays Benefits & Compensation The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience.
