Job Description

Skilled Cabinet Maker / Craftsman - Full Time. Join an award-winning custom cabinetry shop creating high-end, one-of-a-kind cabinetry and millwork. We are seeking a skilled, dependable craftsman who takes pride in precision workmanship and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving challenges, and building exceptional custom cabinetry, we would like to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Build and assemble high-quality custom cabinetry and millwork. Work with hardwoods and premium materials. Read and interpret shop drawings and architectural plans (preferred). Operate woodworking machinery and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain accuracy in measurements, assembly, and quality control. Assist with occasional delivery and installation at job sites. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Cabinet making, woodworking, assembly, or related shop experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Comfortable lifting 25-75 lbs as needed. Valid driver's license with insurable driving record required. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
