We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Builder to assemble small-scale structures in a production environment. The ideal candidate has experience with woodworking, carpentry, assembly, or light construction and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with accuracy and attention to detail Perform wood assembly, framing, insulation, interior finishes, and component installation Install doors, windows, hardware, and other structural features Operate hand and power tools safely, including saws, drills, and measuring equipment Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met Troubleshoot assembly issues and make adjustments as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace Follow safety procedures and production guidelines Communicate progress, challenges, and project updates with supervisors
Qualifications:
Experience in carpentry, woodworking, construction, manufacturing assembly, or a related field Ability to read basic blueprints, diagrams, and measurements Strong understanding of building materials, tools, and assembly techniques Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team
