Full Job Description Job Summary:

Millwork Cabinet Maker Installer We are seeking an experienced Millwork Cabinet Maker who is equally comfortable working in the shop and in the field. This position involves high level fabrication of custom millwork as well as on site installation for residential and commercial projects. Duties Fabricate custom cabinets and architectural millwork in a shop environment Accurately read and interpret shop drawings, elevations, and architectural plans Cut, assemble, and prepare millwork components using shop equipment and hand tools Ensure all fabricated millwork meets quality standards and project specifications Assist with loading, protection, and transportation of millwork to job sites Install cabinets, casework, and architectural millwork at residential and commercial job sites Perform field adjustments, scribing, leveling, and final fit as required Coordinate with project managers, designers, and installers to resolve field conditions Maintain clean, safe, and organized shop and jobsite environments Follow company procedures and jobsite safety requirements Skills Advanced cabinet making and millwork fabrication skills Strong millwork and cabinetry installation skills Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural plans Proficient with shop machinery, power tools, and hand tools Strong understanding of materials, hardware, and construction methods Ability to scribe, level, shim, and make field adjustments High attention to detail and craftsmanship Problem solving skills in both shop and field environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines Why Join Us Work on high end custom millwork and cabinetry projects Variety of work between shop fabrication and field installation Family owned company with a strong reputation and long term relationships Opportunity to take ownership of your work from fabrication through installation Consistent workload with room for growth and advancement Team oriented environment that values craftsmanship and quality Hands on role where your skills are respected and utilized
