We specialize in high-quality custom cabinetry and are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have cabinet installation or carpentry experience, the ability to read plans and CAD drawings, and a strong work ethic. This position requires working directly in customers' homes, so professionalism and communication skills are essential. Duties & Responsibilities Install custom cabinetry, closets, vanities, and related systems in clients' homes Read and follow company-provided CAD drawings and blueprints Assemble and install systems of varying complexity Complete installations independently or with team members depending on project size Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service Safely operate hand and power tools Drive to and from customer job sites Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Experience with hand and power tools Strong cabinetry and carpentry skills required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
Required:
Minimum 1+ years cabinet installation experience Strong finish carpentry and cabinetry skills Ability to read plans and installation drawings Experience with hand and power tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation Professional appearance and customer service skills Ability to lift and move cabinetry/materials
Preferred:
Experience with luxury or custom cabinetry Ability to work independently without constant supervision Problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities Knowledge of closets and built-in systems
