Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinetmaker/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and woodwork that meet precise specifications. Your expertise will help transform spaces by delivering high-quality craftsmanship, ensuring functional and aesthetically pleasing results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, while honing your carpentry skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, countertops, and related woodwork with high precision and attention to detail Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation Use hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Perform trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, and countertop removal/installation as needed for project completion Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to support installation processes on construction sites or manufacturing facilities Collaborate with project manager, designers, and other trades to meet project timelines and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in cabinet making, installation, or related carpentry fields within the construction or restoration industry Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and metal stud framing Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, table saws, jointers, wide-belt sanders), CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in confined spaces as required on job sites Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation, or remodeling projects is a plus Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work, tile removal, and drywall is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance Valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required Join our team if you're passionate about woodworking craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to exciting projects!
