Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of installation, fabrication, and finishing tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. Your expertise in glass and door installation, carpentry, and technical interpretation will ensure that each project meets quality standards and safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your hands-on skills to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks Install windows, doors, fixtures, and glass materials with precision using hand tools and power tools Handle glass materials carefully during fabrication, cutting, fitting, and installation processes Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks related to glass materials handling and construction site work Measure dimensions accurately for quality control, ensuring all components fit correctly according to specifications Use caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques to ensure proper insulation and aesthetic appeal of installed elements Conduct assembly of metal stud framing, fixtures, and other structural components as per construction plans Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and handling glass materials safely Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices for precise work Background in carpentry, metal stud framing, fixture installation, door hanging, and general handyman tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of quality during glass materials handling Construction site experience with a focus on window installation, door hanging, caulking, and fabrication processes Excellent attention to detail in measurement (quality control) and assembly tasks Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction environments and handling heavy or fragile materials Join us as a to bring craftsmanship and precision to every project!
