Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced installer who is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable using a variety of hand tools, working on ladders, and providing high-quality installations with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Install retractable screens and related products at residential and commercial properties Safely use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment Work comfortably on ladders and at varying heights Ensure installations meet company quality standards Maintain a clean and professional job site Communicate effectively with customers and team members Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions when needed Represent the company professionally at all times Qualifications Previous installation, construction, carpentry, window covering, screen, or related experience preferred Proficient with common hand and power tools Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical labor Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently with limited supervision Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team-player mentality with a willingness to learn and grow What We're Looking For ✔ Dependable and punctual ✔ Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work ✔ Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision ✔ Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude ✔ Looking for long-term growth opportunities within a growing company Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment Steady work with a growing company
