Overview:
Are you an experienced Cabinet Assembler? Do you possess strong attention to detail and take pride in high-quality craftsmanship? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking hard-working individuals to join our Cabinet Assembly team. As a Cabinet Assembler, you will help build premium custom cabinetry for luxury homes across Orange County and beyond. This role is focused on shop-based cabinet assembly, precision craftsmanship, and preparing high-end cabinetry for installation.
Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare custom cabinet components according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, cut lists, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly Assemble cabinet boxes, face frames, doors, drawers, panels, trim, molding, and other cabinetry components with precision Use hand tools, power tools, clamps, saws, sanders, drills, drivers, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Install hinges, drawer slides, hardware, and other cabinet components with careful attention to alignment and finish quality Sand, prep, adjust, and inspect cabinetry to ensure a clean, accurate, and high-end finished product Check measurements, squareness, fit, and finish throughout the assembly process Work closely with project managers, shop leads, finishers, CNC operators, and installers to keep projects moving efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Assist with loading, staging, and preparing completed cabinetry for delivery and installation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, finish carpentry, millwork, or a related trade Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, joinery, hardware, and woodworking techniques Ability to read and understand shop drawings, blueprints, measurements, and technical details Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and fabrication tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality custom cabinetry Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, standing, and working with large cabinet components throughout the day Experience with custom cabinetry, face frames, doors, drawers, trim, and high-end woodwork is preferred Knowledge of different wood species, plywood, veneers, finishes, and cabinet materials is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make precise adjustments during assembly Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team Join our team as a Cabinet Assembler and contribute to the creation of high-quality custom cabinetry in a professional shop environment.
