What You'll Do As a Cabinet Finisher & Processing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in creating the signature look and feel of our interiors. This is a hands-on role focused on wood and bamboo finishing, where precision and attention to detail matter. You'll be:

• Assembling custom cabinets with precision, following detailed plans and specifications
• Sanding, routing, and preparing cabinet components to ensure smooth, flawless finishes
• Install hardware, fixtures, doors, trim, and other components with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Using hand and power tools such as drills, routers, and clamps to securely assemble parts
• Keeping safety front of mind - using PPE and following shop protocols on every task
• Conducting quality checks to guarantee a perfect fit and finish on every piece\_Keeping safety front of mind — using PPE and following shop protocols on every task"_
• Maintaining an organized and clean workspace to support efficiency and focus
• Collaborating with a skilled team to meet production goals while maintaining top-tier craftsmanship Every cabinet you finish directly impacts the quality and feel of our vans — your craftsmanship will be a defining touch for our customers' experience.

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, finishing, or carpentry
• Confidence with routers, sanders, and other hand/power tools
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in finish work
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Boulder, CO 80301 Pay and Benefits
• $25-$28/hour, based on experience
