Job Description

Three Creeks Custom Cabinets is a growing custom cabinetry and architectural millwork manufacturer in the Denver area. We are looking for an experienced Cabinetry Detailer / CNC Programmer to join our production team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience taking custom cabinetry designs and preparing them for CNC production . This position requires a strong understanding of cabinet construction, manufacturing methods, hardware, and CNC processes. Responsibilities Take approved cabinet designs and make them CNC-ready for production Create and review detailed cabinet construction drawings Generate CNC files and programs for production Verify dimensions, materials, hardware, joinery, and construction methods Review designs for manufacturability and identify potential issues before production Work closely with designers, CNC operators, assemblers, and production management Make necessary engineering and construction changes Maintain accuracy and consistency across large custom projects Help develop and improve cabinet construction standards and CNC processes Qualifications 3+ years of experience detailing custom cabinetry for CNC production Strong understanding of cabinet construction and manufacturing Experience preparing CNC-ready files for cabinet production Proficiency with Mozaik and V-Carve Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Strong understanding of hardware, materials, joinery, and cabinet components Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines Compensation & Growth $30-$38/hour depending on experience and skill level Full-time position with benefits. As Three Creeks continues to grow, there is opportunity to advance into Senior Detailer, Lead Detailer, CNC/Engineering Manager, Production Manager, or Architectural Millwork Engineering roles. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take responsibility for getting custom cabinetry accurately from design to CNC production.
