Experienced Residential Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter — 5+ Years Required We are primarily seeking a current or former independent subcontractor or experienced lead carpenter with substantial hands-on residential cabinet installation and finish-carpentry experience. Applicants must be able to work independently and contribute from day one. Bring your established skills to a dependable, full-time W-2 position with consistent residential remodeling work. Experience limited to general labor, painting, framing, or helper roles alone does not meet the requirements for this position . About the
Role:
Helton Enterprises is seeking a dependable, experienced Residential Cabinet Installer / Trim Carpenter to join our team. The role focuses on high-end residential cabinet installation, followed by trim and finish carpentry. Prior hands-on experience is required. Opportunity Type Full-time W-2 employee position Consistent residential remodeling work Compensation based on relevant experience, including subcontractor experience Responsibilities Install cabinets, shelving, and built-ins Install trim, baseboards, doors, and finish carpentry Read and work from measurements, plans, and installation layouts Take accurate measurements and make precise cuts Safely and confidently operate hand and power tools Work independently or as part of a small crew Maintain clean and organized job sites Requirements Minimum of 5 years of residential cabinet installation and finish-carpentry experience, including prior subcontractor or lead-carpenter experience Proven hands-on cabinet installation experience with strong trim and finish-carpentry skills Must own standard carpentry hand tools Ability to accurately measure, cut, level, scribe, fit, and install finished materials Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic Able to work efficiently without constant instruction or supervision Bring your experience and gain steady, full-time W-2 employment—without chasing the next job, waiting on general-contractor payments, or dealing with the same 1099 tax hassle.
Pay:
$60.00 - $80.00 per hour
