Job Description

Shop Help / Installer We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our shop! If you enjoy working with tools, learning new skills, and being part of a solid crew, this could be a great fit.

Full-time What You'll Do:
Assist with daily shop operations Help prep materials and tools for jobs Support installation projects (on-site and in-shop) Load/unload materials and keep workspace organized Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (or willing to learn) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet Valid driver's license Bonus Skills (not required): Construction or installation experience Mechanical aptitude Forklift experience
