This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a collaborative and growth-oriented company.
Responsibilities:
Build custom cabinets, doors, and furniture from start to finish. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications. Safely operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery, including table saws, jointers, sanders, and other shop equipment. Assemble, fit, and finish custom millwork components with precision and attention to detail. Work independently and collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Communicate effectively with team members, foremen, and project managers. Assist with CNC machining or programming if qualified (training available for the right candidate).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in custom cabinet making or architectural millwork. Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, joinery techniques, and materials. Ability to read technical drawings and produce accurate, high-quality work. Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience operating or programming CNC machinery is a strong asset. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing exceptional craftsmanship. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
