Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Technician with previous experience in commercial casework to join our team. The primary responsibility would be as a lead installer with the capacity to drop back into the shop to build cabinets and countertops. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, strong carpentry skills, problem-solving abilities and good communication skills. Pay Based on Experience and Overtime.

Responsibilities Measuring and planning:

accurately measuring spaces to determine the necessary materials and cabinet placement Cabinet assembly: Building cabinets according to design plans, including cutting and fitting components

Installation:

Precisely installing cabinets, ensuring proper alignment and level, and attaching hardware Shop drawing reading: Interpreting design plans and shop drawings to understand layout and details Tool usage: Proficiently using power tools and hand tools for cutting, drilling and assembling cabinets Quality control: Inspecting installations for accuracy and addressing any issues Client communication: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and address concerns

Clean-up:

maintaining a clean work area and disposing of waste properly All applicants must have a valid drivers license and the ability to pass a DOT physical.
