Job Description

Nelson Construction and Renovations needs skilled cabinet makers / finish carpenters for their custom millwork shop, Nelson Custom Cabinets.
Requirements:
Accepted candidates must be willing to start on a paid "Working Interview" basis for a limited time evaluation period. Must be familiar with making custom cabinets, crown molding, base and case, doors, any other trim and built-ins, as well as cabinet installation. Lots of custom work on our high-end projects and not just assembling pre-fab products. MUST have some millwork experience and have worked with shop equipment. Should be able to accurately measure for installations and for making cabinets by following and understanding cut sheets High end paint grade and stain grade experience is a plus. Must have your own hand tools. Position will require the ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. without problems. OSHA 10 would be a plus. Looking for professionals have the ability to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team. We offer gas card or mileage reimbursement for job related travel. We also provide company t-shirts. Pay will be based on experience. We offer PTO, dental and vision insurance benefits after a probationary period.
