Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cabinetry Installer Supervisor to lead our installation team in delivering high-quality cabinetry solutions. This role involves overseeing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety standards, project timelines, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive carpentry experience, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes related to cabinetry installation. Duties Supervise and lead a team of cabinet installers on job sites Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan installations Ensure cabinets are installed accurately, level, and securely Coordinate daily work schedules, materials, and site readiness Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Train and mentor installers on best practices and safety procedures Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers regarding progress and issues Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization Enforce safety regulations and company policies Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, or related fields. Extensive background in cabinetry installation with knowledge of door hanging, fixture installation, siding, and remodeling. Proficiency with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment. Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Experience with various construction disciplines including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, plastering, stucco application, metal stud framing, concrete forming, rebar installation, drywall finishing (including water damage restoration), and construction painting. Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams effectively. Physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces as needed.
