This position offers paid vacation, paid holidays, Health insurance in addition to very competitive piecework pay. Responsibilities Completion of installation process of jobs in the most cost effective and safe manner Read and interpret shop drawings and paperwork Safely operate various tools and equipment Communicate with direct supervisor Maintain a clean and organized installation work space Requirements A background in medium to high end cabinet installation and carpentry Finish carpentry skills required Strong attention to detail and quality minded Excellent problem solving skills Lift and carry the weight of cabinetry and associated tools and products Experience in millwork and cabinet making is preferred but not required Ability to work independently and efficiently Independent mode of transportation is required Personal set of tools is preferred, but willing to accommodate for the ideal skill set Preferred Experience Mid to High End Cabinet Installation Experience - REQUIRED - 3 plus years of hands on experience. This position is Monday through Friday with weekend work on a volunteer basis. •Must have reliable transportation with a sufficient vehicle to transport tools and small cabinetry supplies•If you have a positive attitude, are coachable, care about your workmanship and craving a change in your life for the better, we want you as part of our team!
