Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing custom cabinets and built-in storage solutions across various residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets precise specifications, quality standards, and client expectations. Scope of Work:

Remove existing cabinet doors and drawer fronts (~26 door units, 8 drawer fronts) Reface all existing cabinet boxes with new veneer/laminate finish Install new standard hinges on all doors (non-soft-close) Install new drawer fronts (drawer boxes/slides remain as-is — front replacement only) Resurface/re-laminate existing countertops (~70-80 sq ft, exact measurement to be field-verified), including edge/bullnose trim Final caulking, touch-ups, and cleanup

Requirements:

Proven experience with cabinet refacing (not new cabinet installation) Experience with laminate countertop resurfacing Ability to work cleanly in an occupied/vacant residential home Must provide own tools; materials supplied/ordered through Century Homes Reliable, punctual, good communication for scheduling site visits and install dates Join our team if you're eager to build beautiful spaces with your hands while advancing your skills in a vibrant construction environment!
