Team Lead Apprentice (Cabinet Install) —
Better Cabinets and Bath Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience; path into Team Lead pay as you grow)

  • Home daily About us Better Cabinets and Bath is a small Rockledge shop building and installing high-quality cabinetry and bath solutions.
We're professional, customer-focused, and drug-free. We care about craftsmanship, clean job sites, and treating homeowners' homes like our own. The role This is a Team Lead Apprentice seat: you're a strong install helper / tech today who wants to step into Team Lead sooner rather than later . You'll work under our leads on real cabinet installs, learn how we run a crew, and take on more leadership as you prove it out — not a forever-helper track. What you'll do Remove and install cabinetry and hardware with care and accuracy Prep and protect customer property; leave a clean, professional job site Prep, prime, paint, and finish wood / wood-composite cabinetry and accessories Operate and maintain HVLP and airless spray equipment safely Help troubleshoot on-site issues and keep the day moving Learn to mentor helpers, manage workflow, and back up the Team Lead Follow safety and quality standards every job What we're looking for Cabinet install experience (required) — real in-home cabinetry work, not just general labor Solid carpentry / mechanical problem-solving Comfortable with customers and clear communication Ready to grow into leading a small crew Paint / spray experience a plus (we'll train) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to commute to Rockledge, FL (or relocate before start) Schedule & perks Full-time
